Refund Policy

At TRADEUROPE DIGITAL STORE AND SERVICES, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital products and services that meet our clients’ expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be granted.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Policy

All purchases made on TRADEUROPE DIGITAL STORE AND SERVICES — including ready-made websites, software, and digital services — are non-tangible digital goods.

Once access, files, or installation services have been delivered, refunds are generally not possible due to the nature of the products.

However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis under specific conditions outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be granted only under the following circumstances:

a. Duplicate Payment or Accidental Purchase

If you were charged more than once for the same product or made an accidental duplicate purchase, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate payment.

b. Product Not Delivered

If you did not receive access to your purchased software, website, or service within the agreed timeframe (usually 24–72 hours), and our support team cannot resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a full refund.

c. Technical Issues Beyond Resolution

If the delivered product has major technical problems that our support team cannot fix within a reasonable time, we may issue a partial or full refund.

d. Service Cancellation (Before Work Begins)

For custom website or software design services, if you cancel before our team begins development, you may receive a partial refund (usually 70–80%) depending on the stage of preparation or resources already committed.

3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not issue refunds for:

Completed or delivered projects (websites, software, or digital assets).

Change of mind after purchase or download.

Issues caused by third-party hosting, plugins, or modifications made by the customer or third parties.

Domain names, hosting services, or third-party integrations purchased on your behalf.

Subscription or maintenance fees once the service period has started.

All digital sales are considered final once the product has been delivered or installed.

4. Custom Projects and Services

For custom website or software design projects, we operate under a milestone-based payment structure.

Refunds are not available for completed milestones or delivered modules since each phase involves design, development, and resource allocation costs.

If you wish to cancel a custom project mid-way, please contact us immediately. We will review the progress and may offer a partial refund depending on the work completed.

5. Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund:

Send a detailed refund request to support@tradeeurope.store

 within 7 days of your purchase.

Include your order ID, payment receipt, and reason for the refund request.

Our support team will review your case and respond within 3–5 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Exchanges or Replacements

If the product you received is faulty or not functioning as described, we may offer:

A replacement product of equal value, or

Free correction or update of the delivered files.

In most cases, issues can be resolved quickly by our technical team without requiring a refund.
